Experience Mandala Springs

A 200-acre retreat center in the Mayacamas Mountains where nature, reflection, and meaningful conversation come together.

About the Venue

Mandala Springs is not a typical conference venue, and that is precisely why we chose it. Set on 200 acres of pristine forest and meadow in the Mayacamas Mountains of Lake County, California, it is a stunning retreat center that has hosted groups for decades. The property includes window-filled meeting studios, comfortable lodging in cottages, cabins, and country lodges, and family-style dining with farm-to-table vegetarian catering.

Beyond the facilities, Mandala Springs offers something rarer: a sense of place. Guests wander creeks, hike trails with panoramic mountain views, paddle on Kelsey Pond, and gather around community fire rings. The pace of the property invites slowing down, which is exactly the condition under which the best thinking and connecting happens.
