The Cobb Mountain Leadership Retreat is intentionally small and participation is by application only. We ask prospective attendees to share a bit about their work, what they hope to bring to the gathering, and what they are hoping to take away. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and we will be in touch within 5 business days. All participants are expected to uphold the retreat’s community agreements, which will be shared in full upon acceptance and reviewed together at the opening circle on Monday evening.
